About Us

Hi, we are Brandon and Ellie, the founders of Ricefield Rucksack. Our aim is to inspire people to step into the unknown and have wonderful travel experiences, safely and affordably.

We met in 2022 whilst both living in Japan, and we have been travelling together ever since. We do all the research ourselves, spending dozens of hours making sure we get the most out of each and every trip. We want to share this extensive research with all of you, so you can enjoy your travels just as much as we have.
